ROLE - 1 : ANALYST TRAINEE ALIGNED TO IT & INTEGRATED SMART OPERATIONS

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduation : BCA, BSc (Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Electronics, or allied streams)
  • Candidates must have a consistent academic record with a minimum of 60% in X, XII, Diploma, and UG (rounding off 59.9% is not allowed). 
  • At the time of joining, recruits must have a minimum 60% aggregate in their current degree with no standing arrears. 
  • Students who have applied for re-evaluation and are awaiting results will be validated based on the initially declared scores. 
  • Appropriate CGPA to percentage conversion will be considered as per university norms. 
  • Students with standing arrears are NOT eligible to apply. 
  • Flexibility to work from any Cognizant office location in any given shift timing and technology is mandatory. 
  • Open to Indian nationals / OCIs currently residing in India.

Job Responsibilities

  • Understand relationships between tables and write queries to retrieve data from the database. 
  • Perform CRUD operations and write stored procedures based on a given Low-Level Design. 
  • Prepare test cases, scripts, and data, and execute both manual and automated tests. 
  • Analyze root causes and fix service tickets according to standard operating procedures. 
  • Demonstrate proficiency in tools related to IT Service Management and Data Analytics. 
  • Possess a strong drive to innovate and experiment in projects. 

ROLE - 2 : ANALYST TRAINEE ALIGNED TO MULTICLOUD

Eligibility Criteria

  • Students who graduated in 2023 or 2024 with a three-year full-time degree. 
  • Students should possess a consistent academic record with a minimum of 50% in X, XII, Diploma, and UG (rounding off 49.9% is not allowed). 
  • Students with standing arrears are NOT eligible. 
  • Flexibility to work from any Cognizant office location in a given shift timing and technology is mandatory. 
  • Open to Indian nationals / OCIs who are currently residing in India. 
  • Candidates who have taken part in Cognizant’s hiring process within the past five years (2019 – 2024) should mark the same in the registration form. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform activities based on defined guidelines in SOPs/Runbooks with an understanding of business impact. 
  • Adhere to customer security and compliance requirements. 
  • Follow customer communication etiquettes. 
  • Ensure stated productivity requirements for the engagement. 
  • Contribute to continuous service improvement plans (CSI).

ROLE - 3 : ANALYST TRAINEE ALIGNED TO DIGITAL WORKPLACE SERVICES

Eligibility Criteria

  • Students who graduated in 2023 or 2024 with a three-year full-time degree. 
  • Students should possess consistent academic record with minimum 50% in X, XII, Diploma and UG (rounding off 49.9% is not allowed). 
  • Students withstanding arrears are NOT eligible. 
  • Flexibility to work from any Cognizant office location in a given shift timing and technology is mandatory. 
  • Open to Indian nationals / OCIs who are currently residing in India. 
  • Candidates who have taken part in Cognizant’s hiring process within the past five years (2019 – 2024),mark the same in registration form. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support and assistance to end-users, addressing their IT-related issues and inquiries. Log and track all support tickets, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution of problems. 
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, performing diagnosis and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime. Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex issues and ensure prompt resolution. Maintain knowledge base articles and documentation to enhance self-service options and facilitate efficient problem-solving.

  • PAN card – It is a mandatory requirement for onboarding. Please ensure that your first name, last name, father’s name, and other details are accurate. Please note that background verification will fail if the last name is not updated or if the PAN card name does not match the registered name. 
  • Voter Id card / Passport will be mandatory to verify citizenship. 

Mandatory Documents for Interview

  • All academic documents including the college ID card (if available), school/college UG mark sheets and degree certificate.
