Operational Oversight: Lead and manage end-to-end product operations, ensuring
products conform to telecom industry standards. Coordinate with Engineering, User
Design, Operations, and other teams for smooth product launches and ongoing
operations.
Revenue Tracking & Optimization: Monitor product performance to ensure optimal
revenue generation. Track key revenue metrics, identify areas for enhancement, and
implement strategies to maximize product revenue.
Product Testing & Maintenance: Regularly test live products in collaboration with
operators and sales SPOCs to ensure seamless performance. Ensure hygiene
standards are maintained across all products.
Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research, benchmark competitors,
and recommend product strategies to drive revenue growth.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and
marketing teams to align product strategies with operational and revenue goals.
